Confidentiality and Data Protection
As a psychotherapist in training, I adhere to the General Data Protection regulations (GDPR) which came into effect on 25th May 2018.
Before we begin work together I will offer you my contract which will offer some guidelines to how we will work together. This contract will form the basis of our agreement to work together, detailing the fee, frequency and location of our meetings, the agreed policy around holidays and information about how I will store your data, your rights to access this data and any terms on which this data may be shared.
